3 hours one way to the final big pool in the valley. There is an old log trail parallel to the river.
Safety
A slide at the final big pool is kind of sketchy and you will hit your butt, thigh or, worse, your tailbone. If you are not a very good swimmer and know what you are doing, a life jacket is a must for the pools.
