Kakalang Hot Spring locates in Walami. The name Kakalang means "the place with a lot of crabs" in Bu'nun. (23.341685,121.222860) The water flow in Lele River is as strong as it is in Jianianduan, so this river trace is definitely an expert's route rather than a beginner's one. The outcrop is 58 degrees Celsius, but a pool for at most two people is o ... nly possible with a very big tarp and great effort for half a day, probably not the best wild hot spring in the world, or far from it. There is another pool in the sand with slightly warm hot spring water, one hundred meters from Kakalang's main outcrop--so little warm that it is even kind of chilling on a winter day. Bayan is in Yangmingshan National Park. The hot spring pools are well maintained by the local. Pools are made out of sandbags and rocks by them, and there is a wide selection for water temperature. The hot spring water is milky white and very sulfery. Its pH is 2~3, the same acidity as lemon juice or dilute sulfuric acid; It is recommended to take o ... ff all metal wearings before the hot spring bath. The hot spring pools exist all year long. All creeks and hot springs in Yangminshan Park are banned by YMS headquarters, yet Bayan Hot Spring is very popular on weekends. Sometimes police officers come and you might get fined for 1500NT dollars.

Breathtakingly beautiful. Wulakusan hot spring outcrops lie on the rock wall at the end of the river trace. This creek has many emerald pools like the ones in Sanzhan River and beautiful gorges. This isn’t a river trace for beginners due to swiftwater and suckholes.
